I had a delightful family trip at this hotel, where the staff was incredibly cooperative and the cleanliness was outstanding. The location on the main road made it easy to find, and there was ample parking available. However, I also came across a very disappointing experience where poor service and issues with the rooms severely impacted my stay, making it one I would not recommend.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. From the outset, the service was lacking, especially when it came to checking in and handling luggage. The rooms were a mixed bag; while some issues were resolved quickly, the overall experience was not what I expected for the price I paid. I did have a memorable family event during my stay, but some staff members were unhelpful at times. It feels like this hotel can afford to ignore certain customer service aspects, which is truly unfortunate.
